O governo decidiu suspender temporariamente o processo de compra da vacina indiana Covaxin. A informação veio do ministro-chefe da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU), Wagner Rosário, e do ministro da Saúde, Marcelo Queiroga. No Ministério da Saúde, certamente a Secretaria de Controle Interno está tratando do assunto também.
A informação preliminar é que está tudo em ordem. Não houve irregularidade alguma, mas vão aprofundar para ver se há algo de errado. Havendo a confirmação de que não há irregularidade, o processo de compra continua, uma vez que todas as etapas foram cumpridas. Foi corrigida a fatura, como é habitual, foi, voltou e foi corrigida, sai a licença da Anvisa, já prepara-se o penhor para pagar.
São US$ 45 milhões, o que dá R$ 225 milhões. É uma compra pesada, mas há recomendação do próprio governo que essa auditoria seja bem rápida, dada a demanda de vacina.
Senadora brilhou na CPI
Terça-feira (29) foi dia de mais um espetáculo na CPI. Prestou depoimento o relator da CPI estadual da Covid na Assembleia Legislativa do Amazonas, onde houve a grande crise da falta de oxigênio. Quiseram ouvir o deputado Fausto Júnior (PRTB-AM) e ele já começou “entregando” o presidente da CPI, Omar Aziz (PSD-AM), que nunca gaguejou tanto como ontem.
Falou das duas operações da Polícia Federal — a “Maus Caminhos” e a “Vertex” —; das duas prisões da mulher do senador; das prisões dos irmãos dele; e do passaporte apreendido. Omar Aziz disse estar tranquilo. Mas foi uma saia muito justa para ele.
Mas o grande final veio com o brilho da senadora Soraya Thronicke (PSL-MS). Ela brilhantemente respaldou a tese de que se o Supremo Tribunal Federal não deixa os governadores irem à CPI para depor sobre os bilhões de reais de verba federal enviados na pandemia para os estados, que foram mais do que suficientes, tem que haver investigações estaduais e mesmo municipais, quando o dinheiro federal foi para as prefeituras.
O relator Renan Calheiros (MDB-AL) se enrolou, tentou explicar dizendo que a Constituição Estadual impedia que o governador fosse convocado numa CPI da Assembleia Legislativa. Claro que a senadora Soraya não acreditou nisso. Pediu que ele lesse o trecho da Constituição que dizia isso, mas Renan não sabia, não conseguiu ler e enrolou-se todo.
Depois Soraya insistiu sobre quebra de sigilo telefônico dos investigados (secretário de saúde, etc). “Ah, não deu por causa da operadora”, disse o depoente. “Mas como assim, é a operadora que decide?”, indagou ela.
A senadora Soraya deixou muito claro que é necessário sim que as Assembleias Legislativas e as Câmaras de vereadores façam investigações. Lá no Amazonas, por exemplo, compraram respiradores em uma loja que vende vinho. Está certo que vinho precisa respirar, mas não tem nada a ver uma coisa com a outra.

E ninguém me ouviu para perguntar “por que” foram apagados comentários meus, que vocês ouviram, para eu me enquadrar nas regras do meu hospedeiro.
Eu como hóspede, na casa de uma plataforma, para não ser despejado, eu imediatamente me adaptei às regras da casa que proibiam tais e tais palavras, tais e tais menções, e eu me adaptei imediatamente. Nunca, jamais, eu fiz notícia falsa.
