Covaxin: CPI investiga propina não paga de uma compra não efetivada

Muita gente acha que a CPI da Covid virou um circo e é mesmo. Nesta quarta-feira (30), tivemos uma prova disso. O senador Marcos Rogério (DEM-RO) expressou: “essa CPI é um circo”. Aí o presidente da comissão, senador Omar Aziz (PSD-AM), confirmou isso dizendo: “e vossa excelência é o maior palhaço desse circo”. Marcos Rogério também retrucou: “e o senhor é o chefe desse circo”.

Corroborando essa denominação, Aziz se virou para o relator Renan Calheiros (MDB-AL) e disse baixinho, mas o microfone captou: “ainda vou pegar esse cara e vou quebrar ele todo”.

Esse é o nível da CPI, que nesta quarta recebeu o filantropo e milionário Carlos Wizard Martins, que antes da pandemia estava como voluntário na Operação Acolhida, no norte de Roraima, recebendo venezuelanos refugiados e dando assistência para eles. Depois, quando começou a pandemia, ele quis fazer alguma coisa pelos brasileiros e se ofereceu ao governo como voluntário.

Acho até que foi ele um dos organizadores daquela reunião de médicos que vieram assessorar o presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Esse tipo de reunião penso que deveria ser uma coisa permanente, um conselho de médicos que viesse trazer as experiências do dia a dia para auxiliar o governo. Como se cura a pessoa, como se evita a hospitalização, como se trata alguém, o que está dando certo, o que não dá errado.

Wizard foi convocado para a CPI para dar satisfações pelas benfeitorias, benemerência, caridade e voluntariado dele. Já chegou lá pressionado, com um habeas corpus a tiracolo, e não respondeu nada. Porque não adianta falar nada, a gente sabe que não adianta. Já está tudo pronto na CPI. A gente já sabe o que eles querem, não adianta responder muito.

Miranda de volta ao circo
Essa CPI já estava em baixa quando apareceu lá o deputado Luís Miranda (DEM-DF) com toda sua lábia, que já convenceu muita gente em Brasília e lá na Flórida, e agora convenceu os senadores da comissão. E como a CPI notou que aumentou a audiência com ele, então resolveu chamar essa atração para depor mais uma vez no circo. Portanto, no dia 6 de julho, uma terça-feira, teremos novamente Luís Miranda.

Ele contou agora que recebeu uma oferta de 6 centavos de dólar por dose da Covaxin para pressionar pela compra da vacina indiana. Ele não é líder de governo, nem líder de partido, mas disse que ofereceram propina para ele. Talvez seja porque o irmão dele trabalha no Ministério da Saúde. Miranda deu o nome do lobista: Silvio Assis.

Agora, é estranho que ele esqueceu de contar isso para a CPI. Ou isso não era importante? Ele disse que, “a partir de agora, a minha meta é provar que existe corrupção no Ministério da Saúde”. Mas só para lembrar: quem está investigando isso já é a Polícia Federal e a Controladoria- Geral da União.

É interessante que investigam um pagamento que não houve (o contrato foi suspenso); uma compra que não aconteceu (não foi entregue uma única dose até agora); e uma propina que não foi paga.

Impeachment tem que ter materialidade
Voltaram a pedir o impeachment do presidente da República de novo. Psol, MST, UNE, PT, PV, PDT, Rede, Cidadania (que é o antigo Partido Comunista Brasileiro), PSB e mais os deputados Joice Hasselmann (PSL-SP), Kim Kataguiri (DEM-SP) e Alexandre Frota (PSDB-SP).

O pedido de impeachment tem 46 assinaturas e 271 páginas. Os motivos: hostilidade contra Cuba, China e Venezuela; tentativa de dissolver o Congresso; ameaça física ao senador Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP); ataque e ameaça ao Supremo Tribunal Federal; interferência na Polícia Federal; troca de comandantes das Forças Armadas; incentivo ao motim na Polícia Militar da Bahia; comparação do lockdown com o estado de sítio; atraso em repasses a estados e municípios (aquelas verbas bilionárias para governadores e prefeitos na pandemia); e falta de proteção aos índios do coronavírus.

O presidente da Câmara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), que recebeu o pedido, disse que não bastam palavras, é preciso ter materialidade. E por falar em materialidade, o Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) aprovou as contas do governo Bolsonaro de 2020.
