Eu cheguei à conclusão ao assistir a CPI da Covid que muita prefeitura nesse país afora recebeu a oferta de vacinas vindas de picaretas, de intermediários. Na CPI apareceu um cabo da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais chamado Luiz Paulo Dominguetti que contou uma história difícil de acreditar.
Ele disse que em um jantar em Brasília o diretor de logística do Ministério da Saúde pediu um dólar de propina para comprar dele, Dominguetti, a vacina da AstraZeneca. O PM se apresentou como intermediário do laboratório, mas a empresa, claro, negou porque ela só negocia com governos e não com outras empresas privadas. E a AstraZeneca disse que faz negócio direto com o governo brasileiro.
Pensem comigo: um dólar em um lote de 400 milhões de vacinas. São US$ 400 milhões de dólares, o que dá R$ 2 bilhões. Isso seria a maior propina do planeta Terra, nível Guinness Book de propina. É difícil de acreditar. Além disso parece que a AstraZeneca até hoje fabricou 600 milhões de doses de vacina, e ele já estava vendendo 400 milhões. Imagina só, vendendo dois terços do total de fabricação do laboratório.
O senador Marcos Rogério (DEM-RO) conta que a prefeitura de Porto Velho caiu num conto desses e comprou 400 mil doses de vacina que não foram entregues. Por isso fico imaginando quantas prefeituras receberam esse tipo de oferta de intermediário se dizendo representante de laboratórios.
Esse cabo de Minas Gerais já ofereceu Oxford, Sputnik V, Janssen, qualquer vacina, diz que tem estoque. Gente que compra do laboratório para revender com lucro. Parece aquele filme “O terceiro homem”, do contrabandista de remédio na Segunda Guerra Mundial que ganhava dinheiro falsificando remédio para os hospitais onde tinham feridos de guerra. Uma coisa incrível. Aproveitam-se da tragédia para ganhar dinheiro.
Só que para o Ministério da Saúde não venderam nada, pelo menos é o que se constata. Mas vê-se que algumas prefeituras caíram nessa. O Consórcio do Nordeste, por exemplo, pagou R$ 48 milhões por respiradores que nunca foram entregues. A gente viu lá em Manaus comprar respirador em uma loja de vinho, com intermediação. Teve muita gente que tentou ganhar dinheiro às custas da tragédia do povo brasileiro.
Inquérito arquivado
Aquele inquérito dos atos antidemocráticos que estava com o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, foi arquivado. E se vocês estão pensando que ato antidemocrático é queimar bandeira do Brasil como em Curitiba, quebrar vidraça como em São Paulo, agredir com paus e barras de ferro como Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo; não, não é.
Ato antidemocrático, segundo o inquérito do STF, era criticar o Congresso e o Supremo, mas foi arquivado. Agora Alexandre de Moraes diz que ainda tem indícios de organização criminosa contra a democracia e o Estado de Direito.
Eu acho que quem não obedece a Constituição está fazendo isso. Quem passa por cima dos direitos e garantias individuais do artigo 5º da carta magna está atentando contra a democracia. Quem não dá bola para o artigo 220, da liberdade de expressão, está atentando contra a democracia.
Exército não tem o que informar
Psol, PT, PCdoB e PDT queriam que a ministra do STF Cármen Lúcia obrigasse o Exército a explicar porque não puniu o general Eduardo Pazuello pela participação em um ato público com o presidente Jair Bolsonaro. O Exército respondeu que não tem informação a dar, que o caso está sob sigilo e que é um assunto interno da Força, uma decisão entre o comandante e o general. O comandante ouviu o general e arquivou.
Porque o general estava em um ato político, com P maiúsculo, mas não em um ato político eleitoral, nem de manifestação partidária, mas em apoio ao comandante supremo das Forças Armadas. Mas agora esses partidos estão insistindo. A ministra Cármen Lúcia vai perguntar se é isso mesmo e o Exército vai responder a ela que é isso mesmo, ao que tudo indica.

A Funai está abastecendo com tratores indígenas que têm produção agrícola, sustentável, e inclusive têm exportado sua produção. As exportações brasileiras, nesse primeiro semestre, bateram todos os recordes históricos de um primeiro semestre. Foram R$ 37,5 bilhões de superávit na balança comercial.
