Absurdos da CPI

O retorno aos trabalhos nesta terça-feira (3) foi mais um dia de frustração do G7 da CPI da Covid: os sete senadores que mandam na comissão não conseguiram nada. Foi mais do mesmo, e o tal reverendo Amilton de Paula ainda disse que tentaram usá-lo para vender vacina ao governo e não conseguiram; nem usá-lo e nem vender a vacina. Então é algo que não aconteceu.
Houve sim o registro da tentativa de um grupo privado que dizia ter 400 milhões de doses da AstraZeneca para vender ao Brasil e não tinha. Na verdade, eles queriam era arranjar um cliente para depois procurar o laboratório e dizer que tinham freguês. Só que a AstraZeneca já tinha um contrato de transferência de tecnologia com a Fiocruz para produção da vacina.
E o governo compra a AstraZeneca via Fiocruz, assim como compra a Coronavac via Instituto Butantan, é o mesmo convênio. Compra a Pfizer direto do laboratório através da filiada aqui no Brasil que existe há quase 80 anos. Era assim também que ia comprar a indiana Covaxin, através do seu representante no Brasil, mas a CPI fez tanto barulho que não saiu o negócio.
Então a única coisa que a CPI confirma é que houve uma tentativa de venda, como houve para o Consórcio Nordeste, para prefeitos, governadores, ou seja, eles tentaram, mas não deu em nada. E acharam que esse reverendo tinha alguma penetração no governo, mas ele garantiu que não conhece ninguém lá.
Quebra de sigilo de veículos de comunicação
A tentativa da CPI por obra da dupla Humberto Costa (PT-PE) e Renan Calheiros (MDB-AL) de quebrar os sigilos fiscal e bancário de sites de direita e da rádio Jovem Pan é tentativa de censura pura e simples.
A Jovem Pan não comprou respirador, hospital de campanha, equipamento de proteção individual; não comprou respirador através de adega de vinho; e não comprou sem receber como aconteceu com o Consórcio Nordeste. Os senadores da CPI têm que investigar isso que aconteceu e não correr atrás de quem não obedece a cartilha da comissão. Os críticos da CPI agora são considerados fake news: não, isso é que é mentira.
Mas os senadores quebraram o sigilo do deputado Luís Miranda (DEM-DF). Nesse caso vale a pena, porque o parlamentar tem um “histórico” em Brasília e na Flórida. Vai ser curioso saber sobre sua conta bancária, e-mail, registros telefônicos, telefonemas, situação fiscal, porque aí vai saber se aquilo que ele contou à CPI é ou não é verdade. Vão quebrar o sigilo também do líder do governo Ricardo Barros (PP-PR), aí vai aflorar a verdade.
Agora, o maior absurdo da CPI nesta terça foi pedir o afastamento de uma preciosa colaboradora do ministro da Saúde, Marcelo Queiroga. Eu duvido que ele vá atender à CPI querendo afastar a doutora Mayra Pinheiro, que é uma preciosíssima colaboradora da pasta. Assim como não vão conseguir nada dessa empresa de logística que tão eficientemente está distribuindo as vacinas, a VTC Log.
Comprovante de voto
Em 2017, a terceira lei que instituía o voto com comprovante estava vigorando. E a Justiça Eleitoral se preparava para a eleição de 2018 com uma nova urna com o comprovante de voto.
Eu vi uma reportagem daquela época em que o tribunal apresentava o novo modelo de urna e entrevistava todos os ministros. Naquela ocasião, o ministro Luis Roberto Barroso, atual presidente do TSE, disse o seguinte: “esteticamente muito bonita, e vem se integrar a esse sistema extraordinário de apuração eleitoral que temos hoje”.
Pois é, só que agora ele diz o seguinte: que o voto auditável é inviável em um país que tem PCC, Comando Vermelho, milícia e roubo de carga. Só que em 2017 já tinha tudo isso no mundo do crime. A diferença é que não tinha Jair Bolsonaro candidato. É isso que fez tanta gente mudar de ideia.
Quando da aprovação da lei foram 433 deputados a favor e unanimidade no Senado. Mas hoje parece que os parlamentares estão esquecendo que eles também vão disputar a mesma eleição. Se houver dúvida sobre ela, essa dúvida também deve estar na cabeça deles. Nos candidatos ao governo, ao Senado, à Câmara Federal, à Assembleia Estadual… É a mesma eleição para todo mundo.
