Nesta terça-feira (10), às 15 horas, o plenário da Câmara dos Deputados vai apreciar a PEC do voto digital com o comprovante impresso. Foi um desejo do presidente da Câmara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), trazer o tema ao plenário para encerrar de vez com essa discussão. Se for aprovado, a proposta não acaba, porque ainda vai para o Senado; se for rejeitado, acaba de vez.
Já é a quarta vez que se vota isso no Congresso. Nas outras três o comprovante impresso do voto digital foi aprovado por grande maioria. Só que o Judiciário sempre está contra, inventa algum motivo para barrar isso. Só chegou a vigorar na eleição de 2002 — havia sido aprovado em 2001 — em 150 municípios. E funcionou.
O TSE alega que isso pode acabar com o sigilo do voto. Ora, revelar o segredo do voto é quando um hacker entra na urna eletrônica e pega a ordem de votação. Mas, enfim, o assunto vai para o plenário e o plenário é soberano para decidir se aprova ou não.
Desfile militar
Faz meses que está programada a passagem de um comboio de blindados que farão um exercício militar no campo de instrução de Formosa, que fica ao norte de Brasília. É um campo de instrução muito bem aparelhado para serviços militares e, por coincidência, a votação da PEC do voto impresso foi marcada nesta segunda-feira (9) também para terça.
Mas estão dizendo que os blindados da Marinha vieram do Rio de Janeiro para atemorizar a votação na Câmara. Um absurdo, chega a ser ridículo. Essa passagem por Brasília é necessária porque vem pela rodovia federal num trajeto de 1.400 quilômetros, atravessa a cidade e vai para o campo de instrução de Formosa.
Mas a oposição ao governo foi à Justiça querendo impedir o que eles estão chamando de “desfile militar de atemorização” para a votação. Ninguém olha o calendário e vê que isso aí é uma coisa que já estava prevista, que não tem nem condição de um blindado vir do Rio de Janeiro de um dia para o outro. É um completo absurdo.
Auxílio Brasil
O presidente Jair Bolsonaro atravessou a pé a Esplanada nesta segunda-feira, acompanhado por seis ministros, para entregar em mãos na Câmara dos Deputados a medida provisória do Auxílio Brasil e a PEC dos precatórios.
A MP do Auxílio Brasil que é gigantesca: prevê um orçamento de R$ 53 bilhões para substituir o Bolsa Família, que é de R$ 35 bilhões. Tem bolsa para estudante que se destaca nos esportes e na ciência, para criança ficar na creche, para mãe desvalida que não tem como cuidar dos filhos, para agricultura familiar, para gente que já está empregada, para gente que, no novo sistema, ia ficar com uma diferença entre o Bolsa Família anterior somando os integrantes da família, e tudo isso preparando as pessoas para a independência e autonomia financeira.
Já a emenda constitucional prevê que se possa pagar dívidas que foram convertidas na Justiça em precatórios em dez anos, com 15% de entrada e mais nove prestações. Dívidas que ultrapassarem R$ 66 milhões, ou seja, é credor grande que tem com crédito a receber junto ao governo federal. Em geral, são dívidas feitas 10, 15, 20 anos atrás.
R$ 2,5 milhões para ex-presidentes
O blog do Lúcio Vaz, na Gazeta do Povo, relata que seis ex-presidentes da República receberam dos nossos impostos no primeiro semestre deste ano R$ 2,5 milhões para pagar assessores, motoristas e seguranças, inclusive diárias e passagens.
O campeão de gastos é Fernando Collor; em segundo lugar, Lula. E tem lá Fernando Henrique, Dilma, Michel Temer e José Sarney também nessa lista. Só para lembrar que a gente continua sustentando os ex-presidentes da República.
Quando vivo, o ex-presidente Jânio Quadros me contou, lá na casa dele, em Guarujá, que renunciou a tudo isso. Ele disse que vivia da pintura e venda de quadros e de um aluguel em São Paulo.
