Motivo + Ação

Você já se deu conta de como a palavra motivação é forte? Perceba que se trata da junção de um MOTIVO + AÇÃO. Ou seja, uma causa, propósito ou objetivo que precisa e deve estar acompanhado de uma ação – disposição para agir; atividade, energia, movimento.
E é justamente a partir desta energia direcionada e focada proveniente de uma ação que o motivo vai ganhando formato, musculatura. Logo, minha proposta aqui hoje é inverter o que geralmente somos ensinados de que é preciso ter uma motivação forte para agir.
Você espera estar motivado para agir? Seja na vida ou nos negócios, você pode estar cometendo um erro. A consistência e a disciplina acontecem principalmente quando fazemos algo que não queremos. Fazer quando está motivado e/ou tudo saindo como o desejado é mole. Consequentemente neste contexto favorável, uma série de ações vão derivar destes resultados obtidos até mesmo de forma natural. Agora inverte o cenário e reflita.
Logo, se você entender que motivação vem de ter motivos e que a ação vai gerar a motivação, é aí que o jogo muda. Além disso, a única certeza que temos é a mudança! Quer motivação maior que essa? De que independente de como as coisas estão agora, com toda certeza elas vão mudar (para o bem ou para o mal).
E é até por isso que, em alguns textos meu, eu já disse também que defendo a tese do “feito é melhor do que perfeito” porque acredito que somente a prática vai te mostrar o funcionamento das coisas. E a prática só é possível através da ação, do movimento, do aprendizado de erros e acertos ao longo da trajetória. Essa deve ser a maior fonte de motivação, evoluir, mudar, testar coisas novas e diferentes para obter resultados diferentes.
Se tem uma coisa que a Nova Economia tem nos mostrado nos últimos anos é que, neste momento da história, a única certeza que temos é: a mudança tem se tornado cada vez mais rápida e inevitável – em todas as esferas da sociedade.
O empreendedor que resiste às mudanças, que tenta fazer da mesma forma que viu seu pai ou alguém fazer, há 20 anos, pode pagar caro por essa atitude. Manter a cabeça aberta para as novidades é o que te manterá bem no jogo, motivado, focado. Ao invés de nadar contra a correnteza, use as inovações tecnológicas e do mercado ao seu favor e para gerar mais ações, por exemplo.
Se as mudanças estão cada vez mais comuns, aprenda a abraçá-las e a se tornar cada vez mais forte com elas, para manter-se sempre motivado e atuante.
