Fiquem quietos e terão paz. Essa é uma mentira das grandes, é enorme, do tamanho da manifestação de 7 de setembro. Um presidente isolado, no meio do povo… Uma gente quilométrica, que não aceita o silêncio imposto, que não aguenta mais inquérito, perseguição, censura, banimento, intimação, prisão. Gente que estaria armada, que daria tiros, “mataria comunistas”. Talvez um quebra-quebra, fogueiras no meio da rua. Nada. O vandalismo miliciano, os coturnos insurgentes, a violência anunciada em editoriais da velha imprensa, nada disso apareceu. Não tomaram o STF, o Congresso, tomaram as ruas, no tom democrático do verde e amarelo, que já estão querendo que essas pessoas parem de usar.
O negócio é proibir. Fizeram a mira para um lado, e assim estão, disparando sem parar. Não pode! Cancela, apaga, desapareça! Não me venha com “livre manifestação do pensamento”, “livre expressão da atividade intelectual, artística, científica e de comunicação…” A Constituição é deles. Há sempre um jeito de solfejá-la desafinadamente. E eles veem ataques à democracia em cartazes escritos em letra de forma. Ouvem, mais do que tudo, ouvem. É dessa forma que apontam o criminoso, as falas criminosas. Seus ouvidos são suspeitos, seletivos, interpretativos, são suas próprias vozes. Mas todos os sentidos revelam atos, o tato revela grades. E os atos são deles! A Constituição em pedaços foram eles que rasgaram.
Ninguém quer fechar nada, tribunal nenhum! O que querem é abrir, abrir as celas do arbítrio, do abuso, abrir o debate, abrir para perguntas, oferecer espaço livre, democrático, responsável, para todos
Por que, em vez de reconhecer erros, equívocos, em vez de arrepender-se do papel de censor, xerife, “cão de caça”, e começar de novo, parece melhor identificar “ameaças à autoridade de suas decisões”? O crédito deles anda baixo, as ruas comprovam. Então, não podem abrir a cabeça? Talvez numa boa conversa de bar, sem registro em delegacia. Ninguém quer fechar nada, tribunal nenhum! O que querem é abrir, abrir as celas do arbítrio, do abuso, abrir o debate, abrir para perguntas, oferecer espaço livre, democrático, responsável, para todos. Está na lei!
Cadê as agências de checagem, quando é supremo o discurso de que os “problemas reais e urgentes do país” não têm nada a ver com o cerceamento da liberdade? Preparem seus carimbos vermelhos de “fake news”! Quem perdeu a liberdade de trabalhar? Quem não conseguiu empreender, quebrou seu negócio, foi demitido, no último ano e meio? Levante a mão, por favor. Não há direito ao trabalho sem liberdade. Não há direito de propriedade sem liberdade. Não há ir e vir, não há saúde, quando nos trancam e amordaçam.
