Objetivos e resultados-chave (OKRs, na sigla em inglês), são dois conceitos complementares. Os objetivos são as metas que o gestor quer alcançar. Já os resultados-chave monitoram como se chega ao objetivo. Ao defini-los, é muito importante estipular metas claras e objetivas, para que a mensuração ocorra de forma eficaz. O ideal é que as redefinições ocorram em curto prazo, ou seja, a cada trimestre ou semestre. Em um contexto geral, o acompanhamento dos OKRs impacta diretamente no engajamento de equipes, sendo uma forma valiosa de incentivar a união de um time.
