O assunto de hoje é a declaração à nação do presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Ele redigiu esse texto, fez um esboço na noite anterior, quando estava preocupadíssimo com os caminhoneiros, que estavam trancando todas as estradas do país e agora está se normalizando. Ele falou ontem com os caminhoneiros, que prometeram que estará tudo normalizado completamente até domingo (12 de setembro). Isto se não for preso o Zé Trovão, porque se não vai botar mais gasolina numa fogueira que está sendo apagada. Ele queria fazer um pronunciamento à nação na noite do dia 8 para o dia 9, mas acabou decidindo mandar apenas uma mensagem para os caminhoneiros, pedindo que voltassem ao trabalho para não prejudicar o povo. Isto porque sentiu que uma parada dessas iriam culpar o presidente: “olha aí, está tudo parado os pintinhos estão morrendo por falta de ração, porque o presidente não atendeu os caminhoneiros”. Sentiu isso.
E, ontem, ele conversou com o ex-presidente Temer. Ficaram uma hora e meia conversando. O ex-presidente Temer veio a Brasília porque Temer foi quem indicou Alexandre de Moraes ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Moraes é o pomo da discórdia de tudo isso, sendo relator daquele inquérito das Fake News, que o ministro Marco Aurélio chama de inquérito do fim do mundo. Que é ilegal, porque é o próprio ofendido que investiga, que denuncia, que julga e que prende. Isso não é um devido processo legal, isso é uma obra de justiceiro. E que deveria ser algo para investigar alguma coisa que tenha sido cometida dentro do Supremo e não foi o caso.
O que há como consequência dessa declaração à nação é a possibilidade de, em troca, haver uma transformação, aqueles estão sendo investigados que vão para o devido processo legal, vão com todos os seus direitos previstos no artigo quinto da Constituição, intactos. Não como está acontecendo agora, inclusive com prisões arbitrárias.
Esse manifesto fala em harmonia entre poderes, que deve ser respeitada – está no segundo artigo da Constituição – e que a divergência maior é com o ministro Alexandre de Moraes e no âmbito do inquérito das Fake News. É nesse contexto do inquérito. Mas que não quer esticar a corda para não prejudicar a vida dos brasileiros e a economia, que é o que ia acontecer com os caminhoneiros parando. Aí ele se justifica, faz uma e mea culpa e de certa forma pede desculpas com outras palavras. Se ele disse “por isso quero declarar que minhas palavras por vezes contundentes, decorreram do calor do momento e dos embates que sempre visaram o bem comum”. Ele está se justificando: “olha desculpem”. Esquentou demais a boca na hora que chamou Alexandre de Moraes de canalha, por exemplo. Aí ele dá um aceno: “embora que pese as suas qualidades como jurista e professor, existem naturais divergências em algumas decisões do ministro Alexandre de Moraes”. Ele cita e, de certa forma, fala nas qualidades dele também. E ele diz o seguinte: “essas questões devem ser resolvidas por medidas judiciais que serão tomadas de forma assegurar a observância dos direitos e garantias fundamentais previstos no artigo quinto da Constituição”.
O que a gente tem a impressão é de que Temer costurou um acordo, algo assim, uma linha em que o presidente Bolsonaro faz essa declaração, bandeira branca e Alexandre de Moraes responde com outra bandeira branca, passando esse inquérito para o devido processo legal. Para dentro da Constituição, tirando todo o arbítrio e a ilegalidade desse inquérito que, aliás, pesa na história do Supremo. Aí ele fala que democracia é os três poderes trabalhando juntos em favor do povo e que ele está disposto a manter o diálogo com os outros poderes, com harmonia e independência e agradece o apoio do povo – que foi o apoio de é do 7 de Setembro.
Parece que esse apoio do 7 de Setembro, o presidente entrou com o bode na sala e agora ele está tirando o bode, sugerindo que o outro também tire o bode.
Agora faltou avisar o ministro Luís Roberto Barroso, que fez um discurso enchendo o presidente Bolsonaro de adjetivos pejorativos. E não foram poucos. E também não avisaram o presidente da Câmara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL) que deu declaração dizendo que decisões inconstitucionais ninguém é obrigado a cumprir.
Aí fica o destaque para os caminhoneiros. Eles estão sendo de novo personagens de grandes acontecimentos políticos. Eles podem ter sido o fator decisivo para acabar com esse inquérito das fake news, e acabar com as brigas entre o presidente e o ministro Alexandre de Moraes. E Barroso entrou na briga sem saber que a briga estava terminando. Que alguém tenha a sensatez de não prender o Zé Trovão para não açular os ânimos que estão sendo esfriados nesse momento.
