O FMI endossou, confirmou e ratificou o discurso do presidente Jair Bolsonaro na ONU em relatório sobre o Brasil divulgado na quarta-feira (22). Vejam só o que diz o documento assinado pelos diretores do FMI: “o desempenho da economia brasileira está melhor do que o esperado”.
Os diretores do FMI elogiam a “forte resposta política” do governo brasileiro, reduzindo os impactos da gravidade da recessão de 2020. Só para lembrar, o FMI previra uma queda de 9%, ou seja, uma recessão de 9% do PIB brasileiro no ano passado. Mas o Brasil reduziu essa previsão pessimista para metade — caímos “apenas” 4,1%.
Só que agora o FMI está prevendo que o Brasil vai crescer em 2021, no seu PIB, 5,3%. É bom lembrar que na véspera, um dia depois do discurso de Bolsonaro, a OCDE (Organização para Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico, a elite da economia mundial) está prevendo crescimento de 5,2%. São dois órgãos de peso confirmando.
Aí diz o FMI: “o Brasil recuperou o nível pré-pandêmico e o ritmo da economia continua favorável”, amparado pelo crédito robusto ao setor privado, mercado de trabalho em melhora e poupança das famílias aumentando. A previsão é de queda da inflação e da dívida pública. O FMI também elogiou as reformas que o governo enviou para o Congresso.
Arrecadação recorde
A Receita Federal divulgou que a arrecadação de agosto foi recorde histórico. Foram recolhidos R$ 146 bilhões em impostos federais, uma alta de 7,25% no mês.
E é bom a gente lembrar também que a bolsa de valores vem se recuperando desde o primeiro minuto depois do discurso de Bolsonaro na ONU. Cresceu todos os dias desde terça-feira (21). Mesmo com o risco de colapso da incorporadora chinesa Evergrande, prometendo uma bolha no mercado de capitais. E mesmo com o tal do MTST invadindo o prédio da bolsa, fato ocorrido nesta quinta-feira (23).
Gritos e ofensas na CPI
A sessão da CPI desta quinta-feira foi lamentável. Desde o início, a comissão começou aos gritos, principalmente gritos de senadores contra médicas mulheres. E nenhum deles foi chamado de machista. Bastou o ministro da CGU, Wagner Rosário, dizer que uma senadora estava “descontrolada” e caiu o mundo sobre ele.
Mas nesta quinta eles foram além, agora entre senadores. O relator Renan Calheiros (MDB-AL) foi interrompido pelo senador Jorginho Mello (PL-SC) e disse que não permitia interrupções. Jorginho disse que ia interromper assim mesmo. Renan chamou o colega de “vagabundo” e Jorginho respondeu chamando o relator de “ladrão e picareta”. Aí os ânimos se exaltaram.
O senador Otto Alencar (PSD-BA), que chamou o ministro da CGU de “moleque” várias vezes, começou a gritar a mesma palavra. “Moleque” é o principal estoque de palavrões que ele tem. Então todos se levantaram e os dois senadores quase partiram para o soco. Parecia uma invasão de campo de futebol de várzea. Gritaria e mais gritaria, uma confusão danada… Enfim, essa CPI começou aos gritos e vai terminar, melancolicamente, aos gritos.
